BEA- CEO
I used to be 200 pounds. I had no energy and I didn’t feel happy. So I made a change. I lost about 60 pounds. Now I work out everyday. I’ve fallen in love with bodybuilding and hiking. I lead a fit, healthy life. Since I began this lifestyle change, I noticed a problem with fitness fashion: too few choices for tomboys. Everything was too girly, too short, or too pink. I started BeaFit to give tomboys and members of the LGBT community something to wear that makes us feel like ourselves. My hope is that the BeaFit will bring tomboy fashion into the fitness world and help people on their journey to health and happiness. That’s my story. I hope I can help inspire yours. I started seriously working out in 2015 after trying to get over a bad break up. During that time I felt like working out was the only thing that kept me motivated and happy. Today I’m now a certified personal trainer helping to achieve their goals. I love BEAFIT because as a Tomboy there is never an in-between in fitness wear. I either have to wear something pink or purple and is too tight or something big and baggy that hangs off my shoulder. BEAfit’s line of clothing is unisex and gives everyone in the LGBT community the opportunity to feel comfortable in the clothes their in. |
